Day 1

Château de Chambord
Visit to Chambord. The castle of Chambord is a Renaissance masterpiece.
Today, this glorious symbol of history is featured on the UNESCO World Heritage list. The double-spiral staircase forms the centerpiece of the décor. However, this cultural treasure also offers chimneys, terraces and an incredible nature preserve. Explore this historical pièce de résistance, from its view of the Grand Canal to the wealth of its local flora and fauna.
Private cruise on the Loire River with lunch on board.
Share a unique experience; embark with the « batelier » on the Loire. They, the mens of the Loire, have transported travelers and goods on her waters for centuries. They have seen the châteaux rise on her banks in our Garden of France, while they slipped between her islands and sandbanks.
Chenonceau Castle.
Visit to Chenonceau. This Castle reminds you why you admire France. Arching over the River Cher, it is one of the most romantic Chateau of the Loire Valley.
At the end of the day take some time to relax at your hotel.

Day 2:
Fontevraud Abbey
The Abbaye Royale de Fontevraud is one of the most beautiful abbeys in France. It is an island of peace and a reminder of another way of life altogether.
Chateau wine Estate
Located in Bourgueil wine region. Here you will be welcomed in a Chateau estate for an exclusive visit. You will enjoy a walk in the vines, tour the cellar and finish with a gourmet picnic lunch with wine in the park of the Chateau (weather permitting) or in the dining room of the Chateau.
Chateau du Rivau and its fairytale gardens
This medieval Castle offers unique gardens and also produce its wines. The garden is composed of 12 different gardens inspired by legends of the middle ages. A pleasant walk in the shadow of the Rivau Fortress will take you through the enchanted forest, the flowery meadow, the secret garden and Gargantua’s kitchen garden.
Time to wander through the quaint streets of Chinon and enjoy a dinner in the restaurant of your choice.
The medieval town of Chinon is located in the heart of the Val de Loire resting by the banks of the majestic Vienne river. It is a town steeped in history and rich with culture. The view of its Forteress overlooking the river is just magic!
Transfer back to the hotel.

Day3:
Villandry Gardens
The last of the great Renaissance castles built on the banks of the Loire, Villandry owes its renown, beyond the shadow of a doubt, to the unrivaled combination of a perfect harmony between architecture and nature. The garden, the only one of its kind in Europe, is composed of three levels and offers a magic experience.
Lunch in a traditional French Auberge
Winery visit and wine tasting experience in an authentic wine estate of Vouvray wine region.
Amboise picturesque town guided tour including the visit of Amboise castle with its breathtaking view overlooking the Loire river.

Start your day with a market tour.
Along with your guide, make your grocery shopping for the lunch. Cheeses, selected meats and delicatessen products, local foie gras, wine, oysters, spices… the covered markets in Tours are a delight for the senses. The emphasis here is on high quality products, with over fifty stalls to choose from.
Then, your guide will drive you to her own house and you will make lunch all together. The atmosphere is unique and you will feel like at home here. You will learn more about the French cuisine and the secrets of Loire Valley region.
After enjoying your home made lunch accompanied by wine. You will spend the rest of the afternoon exploring the little quaint streets of Amboise with your guide before going back to Saint Pierre des Corps train station.

Later, in the afternoon, continue with a visit to another winery in Chinon. The visit will be followed by a wine tasting.
Time permitting; you will enjoy a short walk to explore the little quaint town of Chinon before going back to Saint Pierre des Corps train station. |
