The Branson Beach Estate is located on Moskito Island in the British Virgin Islands, approximately 30 minutes by boat from Tortola, the nearest international airport.

Find your way to The Branson Beach Estate

The Branson Beach Estate is situated on Moskito Island in the British Virgin Islands. If you’re staying on the island, our rates will include a boat transfer to and from Beef Island or Virgin Gorda.

Beef Island is where most of our guests will fly in. This may be by private plane or a commercial flight, into Terrance B. Lettsome Airport.

When you arrive at the airport, you will be met by our driver and taken to the dock, which is a two-minute drive away. Here, you will swap over to our speedboat which will bring you directly to Moskito Island in around 30 minutes.

By plane from Cyril E. King Airport 

This airport in St Thomas is a little further away in the USVI. As you are not in the BVI, you will need to make your way to EIS or VIJ on a commercial charter flight, where we’ll meet you and take you on to Moskito Island.

By helicopter 

The Caribbean Buzz helicopter service operates between the BVI, USVI and San Juan during daylight hours only in an H145 twin jet engine helicopter, operated by two pilots, and seats up to eight passengers.

Neighbouring islands

If you are staying on one of the beautiful neighbouring islands, our team can arrange a ride to Trellis Bay, Beef Island, where our team will be waiting for a boat journey to Moskito Island. Yachts can also be anchored off the island.

Of course, if you want to book your own transport and charter to reach us, this is completely fine – just let us know.

The estate’s three villas – Headland House, Mangrove Villa and Beach Villa – sleep 6, 8 and 8 guests in 3, 4 and 4 bedrooms respectively, or a total of 22 guests across all 11 bedrooms. They can be booked individually, or all three together for exclusive use, all year round.

Perched on an outcrop at the northeast tip of Moskito Island, this luxurious villa sits at the very heart of The Branson Beach Estate.

Kids Club

Moskito Island is family-friendly and welcomes children of all ages – the island is a really fun and relaxed environment for children to play. We can make special arrangements for your kids including tailored meals and activities. Although there is no specific Kids Club the team are on hand to organise a range of activities specially for the children, from treasure hunts to pool games, beach picnics and mini Olympics, there’s plenty to keep the little ones busy.
