Day 1 – Arrival in Dublin & Private City Tour

Arrive at Dublin Airport in the morning, where your private driver and guide will meet you for transfer to the Fitzwilliam Hotel in Dublin city centre. Flights should be scheduled to arrive no later than 11:00 am.

At noon, enjoy welcome drinks and a gluten-free lunch at the hotel before beginning a private guided Dublin city tour.

Dublin is one of Europe’s oldest and most vibrant capitals, offering a wonderful mix of history, culture, music, literature, restaurants, shops, and historic landmarks. During your half-day tour, explore iconic Dublin sites such as Trinity College, the Book of Kells, St. Patrick’s Cathedral, and hidden gems throughout the city.

Trinity College & The Book of Kells

Founded in 1592, Trinity College is Ireland’s oldest university and home to the world-famous Book of Kells. A visit to the Old Library is one of Dublin’s most treasured cultural experiences.

St. Patrick’s Cathedral

St. Patrick’s Cathedral is Ireland’s largest church and a beautiful example of Gothic architecture. The cathedral is known for its stained glass, historic engravings, tiled floors, and association with Jonathan Swift.

After your tour, enjoy leisure time in Dublin before dinner at a gluten-free-friendly restaurant. Overnight at the Fitzwilliam Hotel, Dublin.

Day 2 – Glendalough & Powerscourt Estate

Begin the day with a gluten-free Irish breakfast at the hotel before departing with your guide for County Wicklow, known for some of Ireland’s most beautiful scenery, gardens, and mountain views.

Glendalough Monastic Centre

Visit the historic Glendalough Monastic Centre, located in the heart of Wicklow Mountains National Park. Founded by St. Kevin in the 6th century, this atmospheric site includes ancient churches, a round tower, Celtic crosses, and peaceful walking paths surrounded by the “Valley of the Two Lakes.”

Powerscourt House & Gardens

Continue to Powerscourt Estate, one of Ireland’s most beautiful country estates. Set beneath the Great Sugar Loaf Mountain, the gardens feature terraces, fountains, lakes, statues, and 47 acres of landscaped grounds.

Enjoy a gluten-free lunch during the visit before returning to Dublin. The afternoon is at leisure for relaxing at the hotel, shopping near Grafton Street, or exploring more of the city. Dinner is on your own this evening. Overnight at the Fitzwilliam Hotel, Dublin.

Day 3 – County Cork & Ballymaloe Cookery School

After breakfast, depart Dublin by executive coach for County Cork. Upon arrival, enjoy lunch at Castlemartyr Resort before an afternoon culinary experience at Ballymaloe Cookery School.

Ballymaloe Cookery School Gluten-Free Cooking Class

Ballymaloe Cookery School is one of Ireland’s most celebrated culinary destinations. Located on a 100-acre organic farm, the school offers a memorable setting for learning practical gluten-free cooking techniques, recipes, and meal ideas.

Guests will enjoy a short tour of the gardens and farm, followed by a cooking demonstration. The group will then work in pairs, assisted by instructors, to prepare a three-course gluten-free dinner.

After dinner at Ballymaloe, return to Castlemartyr Resort for a luxurious overnight stay.

Day 4 – Jameson Whiskey Masterclass, Cork City & Killarney

Enjoy breakfast at leisure before departing Castlemartyr for Midleton, County Cork, for a half-day Irish whiskey experience at the Old Jameson Distillery.

Jameson Irish Whiskey Masterclass

This memorable experience includes access to the Old Jameson Distillery in Midleton, a half-day educational session, premium tastings, and lunch at the Malt House Restaurant. Jameson whiskeys are gluten-free, making this a wonderful addition to an Ireland Gluten Free Tour.

Cork City & The English Market

After lunch, travel toward County Kerry via Cork City. Cork is Ireland’s third-largest city and has long been an important seaport. If time allows, browse the English Market, one of the oldest covered markets of its kind, dating back to 1788.

Continue to Killarney for dinner and an overnight stay at the Killarney Park Hotel.

Day 5 – Ring of Kerry Tour

Following breakfast at the hotel, depart with your guide for a scenic tour of the Ring of Kerry, one of Ireland’s most famous coastal routes.

The Ring of Kerry follows the shores of the Iveragh Peninsula in southwest Ireland. Beginning near Killarney, the route passes through charming towns and villages such as Glenbeigh, Killorglin, and Kenmare, with views of Kells Bay, Dingle Bay, rugged coastline, mountains, and green countryside.

Lunch is included during the tour. Afterward, return to Killarney for leisure time. Dinner is on your own this evening. Overnight at the Killarney Park Hotel.

Day 6 – Cliffs of Moher, The Burren & Dromoland Castle

After breakfast, depart Killarney for County Clare to visit two of Ireland’s most remarkable natural landmarks: the Cliffs of Moher and The Burren.

Cliffs of Moher

The Cliffs of Moher are among Ireland’s most visited natural attractions. Stretching for approximately five miles along the Atlantic coast, the cliffs rise dramatically above the ocean and reach more than 700 feet at their highest point.

The Burren

The Burren is a unique limestone landscape known for its rocky terrain, rare plants, and striking natural beauty. Its name comes from the Irish word meaning “rocky place.”
