Option 3 Premium Cookery Workshop: A morning in the life of a Michelin Star Chef. This fully immersive experience is for those who are curious to learn what really goes on in a Michelin Star kitchen. After a sumptuous breakfast at Kinloch Lodge you will listen in on Marcello’s morning briefing and planning session with his Senior Chefs before rolling up your sleeves and assisting him with the preparation of canapes, sauces, soup and other dishes for today’s menu. The experience concludes with lunch and a specially selected Tasting Scotland beverage of your choice. (Breakfast/Workshop/Lunch) (3.5 hours) 1030h
Option 4 Food Foraging Experience By a Loch and surrounded by lush forests, Kinloch is in the perfect position to offer bountiful foraging trips, if you know what to look for of course. After morning coffee at Kinloch, The Skye Ghillie will share his extensive foraging knowledge and uncover (almost every step of the way!) a seasonal tasty treat ranging from edible mushrooms, wild garlic and sorrel to the shoreline delicacies such as seaweeds, mussels, samphire. A specially-created foraged cocktail (or mocktail) is served on returning to the hotel. (Coffee / Foraging / Wild Cocktail/Mocktail) (3 hours)
